Lee is an instructor of Pilates, Buff Bones (a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health), and MELT Method (myofascial release).
Lee offers private sessions tailored to each client’s specific objectives. Sessions may be fitness-focused or designed to address the rehabilitation of an acute injury or chronic condition.
Lee discovered movement-based therapy while she was recovering from a long-term foot injury. This work was so transformational, that Lee was inspired to begin sharing this knowledge with her own clients.
Lee is committed to supporting her clients on the journey to wellness by helping them to get crystal clear on how to address their health challenges, and by establishing a partnership to get the results and healing they need.
